Maybe starter problems

Hi Guys

Today I went out to drive my 95 Discovery I turned the key. I had all my dash lights but it did not start. I don't know if it is the starter or a battery cable.
Do you guys have any ideas?

If you haven't fixed this yet, is your starter turning? I had a similar problem and the starter motor had a cracked tab, where you bolt it on, and it was not engaging. BPUTAH.com or BritishPacific.com have been my sources for parts.
