Need new dash

Hello, does anybody know how to remove the ac control unit from the dash. i bought a new facia panel thing that goes around the radio and everything else but i cannot put it in. i cant get the ac control unit out.
Is anybody selling the trim with the ac control unit for a 95 disco 1 or does anybody know where i can get one.

Is it not possible to pull the 3 heater control and blower switch knobs off. Then remove the 2 screws holding the display panel, remove the display panel and then get access to the 4 screws holding the control unit?
