Hello all, I'm new to this forum. Purchased a 2006 LR3 in 2008. Only has 48800 and already having tranny issues. I am considering extended warranty...but having a hrd time finding one that covers tranny..Any suggestions?

You should be covered under factory warranty up to 50k. Get it repaired now! There is a software update which remedies most Trans related issues. Most problems are described as a banging or delayed engagement when accelerating from an almost complete stop (California stop). What is yours specifically doing?
