I have checked Overland VT. Some of the vehicles are quite well setup. I am looking forward to get to that level.

Just read about Gremlin Graveyard... You can find a few videos on YouTube.
It supposed to be stock friendly.

I can't tell if it is private to Jon Fund or open NEA land. But Stockbridge is pretty close

To find out about this I had to go on a Toyota forum.
According to them it's private and requires a donation of $20 to the owner.

Looks like we have a month to wait for beach driving in MA. I was speaking with someone from the Duxbury Harbormaster office yesterday and he said that the Plovers closed all the drive-on Cape Cod beaches as well. But he expects Duxbury beach to reopen mid July as planned. At least by then the water will be warmer.

Last time I drove on a beach, I was 10 years old and it was on an island in Tunisia.
