No Sound From Radio

I've just replaced the battery on my 4.6 HSE. I've input the code into the radio and it appears to work fine in all respects expect that no sound comes out at all.

I've pulled the radio out and all the connectors are seated properaly in the back.

Does anybody have any ideas as to what else may be wrong?

was the radio working before you put the new batt in?
