2011 LR4 NA v8 just popped up MIL with P003c. I figured it was one of the cam solenoids but have not dealt with this on the land rover before. Anyone recently replaced the solenoid(s)? How big a job is it? TIA

Usually caused by low oil levels.
Change the two cam phaser solenoids- rear of cylinder heads.
And do an oil and filter change.

Check your oil level. There's a live value for it that you can access with the GAP tool. Not super accurate on a cold motor, but sure is a lot more convenient than the dipstick in dash system.

ok, replaced the RH bank solenoid last night..what a pig of a job! Pretty easy except that torx securing bolt that is in a place that you cannot get your fingers on it. spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to keep it from dropping when loosened then it dropped down into never never land anyhow. had to get the remote camera out and a magnet to find it. all is blind work back there.
