I'm not sure I understood the video. Looked like someone shifting at 0 MPH.

I agree though, there is no need for paddle shifters on an LR4.

you can change the gear at o mph..

You can easily retro fit paddle shifters to the LR4 - from the RR.

But that is not true paddle shifting (mathcing revs etc) it simply moves what you can do on the shifter controlled slush box - up to the wheel for ease of use.
