Paint Issues

Grommet here are the pics I promised on Paint Issues, now even the tailgate is starting to RUST.

I cannot comment about the inside paint, but the tailgate pictures look like raildust. What happens is the truck is transported by rail and tiny pieces of steel from the wheels and track get imbedded in the paint. Then they proceed to rust. I have this problem on my silver infiniti. You can probably remove it with a clay bar which paint care fanatics recommend that you apply to a new car anyway.

It sure look like manufacturer defects to me. If I remember correctly, you said dealer wasn't much help? Did you try LRNA?
