Passenger rear door rattle

I’ve got an annoying rattle that comes and goes from the rear passenger door trim at the spot where the red arrow points. Anybody else have this issue before? Does anybody know how this attaches? Clips or double sided tape?

It doesn’t feel loose and it doesn’t do it all the time. I can’t really duplicate it either; sometimes on rough road it rattles, sometimes not. No real rhyme or reason

I've put a JBL Partybox back there with a 12" subwoofer, 2 7" mids, tweaters, 1000W and that was not a problem area for rattles. For mine rattles are where the rear plate is and the tailgate area.
