Yes I have a Freelander. I must be mad

Yes I am mad. I Have a 2001 TD4 ES Auto and how I wish my wife loved another vehicle. But not all is bad. I have learnt the tricks on this vehicle and the hazards and being a Brit and it was made here, I supose I have to admit to a secret liking for the thing. Nice to see a real forum for this vehicle

2002 Freelander SE owner over here
Just bought it about 2 months ago
no problems so far, nice ride
has about 98,000km on it

the other day though, the engine light came on in the morning while I was driving to work. I pulled over and turned the car off and then turned it back on and it never has come back. Strange, not sure why it came on but hopefully it was nothing important. Next time I am in for an oil change I will get them to do a quick look over.
