Gents, suffered the lean codes for both banks for more than a year...come and go. Finally identified the problem was related to the fuel cap and that I wasn’t cranking it down.
Then about two years later, the problem returned. Cleaned, tested, replaced, live monitoring OBDII while driving...and still. On a hunch, finally found the problem...dipstick O-ring. Tested using plastic bag and rubber band.
