Howdy, please steer me in the right direction. Ive been driving reliable commonplace cars and trucks for the past 25 years, and I finally found myself with a generous vehicle allowance to get something a little more interesting. I am looking at an '09 LR2 HSE w/44k, a '07 Range Rover HSE w/100k or an '06 Range Rover SC w/110k.
I have always been a shadetree mechanic and maintained my own vehicles, but Ive grown tired of it. At the same time, I dont want to go crazy with maintenance costs on this vehicle.
So whats the typical reliability and maintenance on any of the vehicles I've listed? Any known concerns or issue to look out for? All three are CPO checked out.
Thanks for the help, and I hope to spend some more time here if things work out.

Welcome to the forum.

The LR2 is basically an updated Freelander (I would not recommend, others may have different opinions)

Any of the Super Charged (SC) Rovers are debatable, and opinions vary, I don't think they are that much difference when talking a heavy SUV if if talking the Sport Range Rover then they are also very uncomfortable to drive in any bad roads.

I would opt for the RR HSE if it were my spending, or find a nice LR4. I would ask in the RR or LR4 Section for other opinions as most do not frequent the Intro section.
