Prepping for SCV6 120k mi service

Quick update on this project as I'm about 80% done:
-I decided to go with the official JLR metal pipes mainly due to seeing varying results with the aftermarket o-rings; better QC and piece of mind for me
-I also decided not to attempt the walnut blasting; once everything was apart there still wasn't a significant carbon buildup problem, so I passed on that job at least for now.
-I purchased the oil cooler gasket but ended up skipping on replacing this as it doesn't seem to be an issue; it certainly isn't an issue as it relates to coolant failure. May still replace in the future
-Went ahead and replaced all pulleys and tensioners while I had everything apart
-Still working on spark plugs and then buttoning everything up


Significant thoughts:
-The updated solid plastic pipes seem better than the originals with seams. At 67k mi the originals came apart, but the updated plastic at 51k was still solid. Maybe that extra 10k miles really makes a difference; cant say for sure.

-Replaced the transmission oil cooler lines that were weeping at the joint from pipe to hose; this was a major headache! It can be done without removing anything, but pack your patience; took me about 2 hours to remove them, and 2 hours to feed the new ones through. To remove them I pulled them towards the front, and to replace them I fed them from the rear to the front. There is a bracket with 1 torx bolt tucked up in there, and you will have to separate the lines (there is a plastic clip holding the 2 lines together). It may be doable to pull the lines towards the rear, but can't confirm. It just tight in every direction, but again do-able.

-Sent my spare supercharger off to Jokerz to be rebuilt and ported; Jokerz is now the exclusive partner to Velocity AP for JLR superchargers so everything has to go through VAP, but will be done by Jokerz. Turn around time was about 3 weeks. I'll post some pics, but you cant visually see much difference. Also got my tune updated as there is a little more HP thats able to be pulled out after the porting. Brett at Jokerz was great, and the fact that VAP co-signs on his work I think speaks volumes.

FYI, if you remove the oil cooler during any service the cooler from the scV8 fits. It has a few more layers to the heat exchanger, whether it is worth it is debatable.

I used one when I put my reman engine in. Can't tell you how many degrees it runs cooler or how much quicker the oil temp drops after a big hill.

Here are the spark plugs with 118k miles on them; 60k of that is with pulleys and tune.
