radio is not working*****help!

I reasonly changed alternator and my radio vent blank , and ODO display is blinking.
I checked all fuses , found the one for radio and changed it. Nothing.......blank .
The radio is dead........
Anybody experience with this ? Many thanks.....

There is a grounding block right under the steering column or just to the right of it... check to make sure it is tight.
