Range Rover side vents

Can someone help? I'm trying to replace one of my side vets but I can't get to the bottom bolt, is there something else I need to remove and how do I do it?

Nice design, eh? Same as trying to reach the passenger side front side light panel's winged nut screw - the air intake hose and halogen bulb assembly make it very difficult. Fortunately it's only my driver's side panel bulbs that keep going out.

the plastic panel under the vent it looks like one piece it pops right off u can easily reach the screw
