Range Rover sport 2010 supercharge engine keeps cranking but won't start

Good evening guys, We just coupled a 2010 sport engine, but it refused to start, it just keeps rolling, we used a diagnosing machine and brought out this fault code P0657-13 Actuator supply voltage A circuit open, I have runned all six annex wires from actuator to engine module but all is still good..any suggestions pls
