I went to use the rear wiper last night for the first time and it made an awful loud squeaking noise. Everytime it would wipe, it would make the noise. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't know if it's the rubber squeaking on the glass (highly unlikely), or if it's from the wiper motor itself. I'll have to try lifting it up and then turning it on to see where it is actually coming from. Any comments appreciated. Thanks

Try the spray/wash function and see if the soap stops the noise. If so, maybe its just new and need to ware out a little.

That's how I discovered the noise, while the wiper was cleaning the window with washer fluid.

Turn on the wiper, get out of the car, and go to back to see if noise is from the glass or from the motor area. If it is the rubber, give the blade a little cleaning with an alcohol pad, if it is the motor area, it may go away, but better to just bring it up at the dealer.
