I currently own 2011 LR4…can remote start be programed to the key fob by the dealer?

No remote start option is available from the factory, there is nothing the dealer can enable, sorry. Aftermarket remote start options are very iffy as well with these complicated electronics, so be careful before going that route.

Yeah I think aftermarket remote start can be done, but it requires hiding/mounting your second key fob in the vehicle given the smart key technology, and I don't know how reliable it is.
