If you mean a remote starter to let the car warm up, then no.
They are bad for engines, waste fuel, waste money and are bad for the environment.

If you want the engine to warm up the heater, start the engine, give it 30 seconds and go, your engine will warm up quicker while driving and it is less harmful to your truck.
