HELP Replacing Light Bulb on AC Front Panel

HI,
Please HELP!
i have Discivery 1997, SE7
The Bulb(s) on the AC Front Panel are gone. I want to replace them, but i can't figure out the way to remove the panel. I was able to remove the ash tray, the cup holders, the harzard switch and the clock, but i can't find the way to get to the back of the AC controls without breaking it...
can someonme help me???
does someone knows how??

I got the pic...but, i have another question now, how do you remove the radio? i don't see any screws in the front or a way to remove it.

1997 Discovery SE 7

I really appreciate this forum. I have a similar problem. My A/C fan switch was stopping and starting. Now it's 100% bad.

I removed the screws behind the left and right temp (knobs) controls and removed the lower trim thats part of the 2-switch assembly and the slide out cup holders.

That's as far as I got, I can't figure out how to get access to the fan speed switch.

Any help is appreciated.
