Won't work. There are no holes in the frame for the puck to go into.

Standard 2 ton bottle jack. I use a small piece of thick rubber to make sure I don't scratch the paint.
I store it in the top side compartment in the way back
Those are not Rover approved lift points and I only use them when out of the garage.
For in garage I use a floor jack and lift and support at the approved points.

In the Corvette world those are called pucks and it looks like that one would fit in the frame hole where the factory jack would fit on my LR4. But the truth is you don't need them. The frame will be fine with the jack under it whether the jack hole is used or not. The important part is to chock the wheels before lifting so the rig doesn't move forwards/backwards.

At access height the tallboy jack is a little too tall. At normal height, it fits under the frame rail just fine. It also fits where the scissor jack normally goes with the jacking handles. The plate and other accessories don't fit in that cubby though.

With a flat tire, the clearance would be less too.
You can always locate another jacking point. Maybe, the body mounting gussets?

Will that bottle jack extend far enough to get the rear wheel off the ground? The rear suspension has a stupid amout of droop.

I finally picked a jack to replace the factory scissor jack. Its a Norco brand out of So Cal made in Japan drop shipped for $120. Their end users are mechanic shops so they their gear is designed for frequent commercial use.
It fits in the factory jack position, but I need to tie it off better. There is enough space for it to fit without modifying the backing foam in the compartment, I didn't want to mutilate that. Its not clear how many sheets of steel are between there where the foam is and the exterior paint and there may not be space inbetween sheets if there is more than one. The jack coming loose off roading could potentially dent the sheet metal without the foam there. The tire iron, wheel chocks also fit inside on top and tucked horizontally.
The bottle jack surprisingly lifted the whole truck up enough to remove the tire on its own without blocks. I never found what the old sissor jack lifted to in inches. The bottle jack needed 4X4 mode to extend the screw part of the hydraulic shaft to gain enough height. With normal ride height it wouldn't jack high enough. In access mode I might have a problem too but so far I've never had a need for it.
Home depot had a discount bin with a cut 2X6 board that I scored for free so I'll cut 2 2X6's the length of the wheel and carry those around to set the jack on if there is a need. It would be a 3" gain. The wood doesn't seem needed with the LR up as much as it is in the picture, but the ground isn't flat. I was surprised that it went up as high as it did but need to experiment more to see if there are cases where the jack alone is not high enough. Even though I may not need the boards, they could be used at the bottom of a washout to get enough clearance to travel through.
