Any one. Those are pretty much the same. The ladder should be the third lag, but what if you are parked on the sand lets say? I think you would need some support under ladder...

Sure, nothing to stop you adding additional poles. I use a piece of marine plywood under the ladder for sand/mud environments. Just need to increase your footprint, much like airing down your tires.
