In the Middle East and need some assistance on rotor thicknesses, cant find the wear limits on the LR site. Pretty sure I got led astray by a RR dealer as this was a used car.
Was told I needed to replace rotors and pads on front and rear and was charged $USD 2,200. Kept the parts and measured the fronts at 30mm and the rears at 19.5/20 on the fronts (may have that backwards). In reading specs for other RRs I see this is new thickness.

Anyone know a link where I can confirm wear limits?

Normally on Rovers if you have a warped or grooved rotor, you replace them. As far as Specs, someone else may be able to speak to that. But if they look good and are not grooved or warped (i.e. you feel a shimmy when applying brakes) just change the pads.
