rough idle engine after reaching operating temperature

rough idle on LR4 v8 after engine warm​

Hi Everyone

LR4 2010v8 5.0L petrol engine owner here, I have situation with my engine, where after engine reach operating temperature/warm, it's showing a rough idle, the sympton is described in this video

1. RPM up and down
2. The engine bay has noise as per video

Action point already taken but does not help

1. Clean MAF sensor both left and right
2. Clean air filter

Do I missed something here? Kindly share your knowledge if you have ever face same problem

Sorry. really need codes. Easy adjustment in the carburetor days... but a sensor is reporting (or not) wrongful data to the ecm??

I just replace the passenger side valve cover gasket, might be its not proper fit and causing a vacuum leakage?

Just to clarify. The engine was running normally before you changed the passenger side valve cover gasket... and afterwards, you had the rough idle and surging RPM's?
