rubbing noise heard at low speeds

New 2005 LR3 owner
I recently purchased a 2005 LR3 - and I'm Lovin it!
Although I have noticed that at low speeds 5-35 mph or so I hear a Rubbing Noise (I'm guessing I don't here it above that speed due to the wind and tire speed noise)
The faster the wheels turn the faster the rubbing noise is heard....
any thoughts?
oh, vehicle has 22,000 miles

Welcome to the forum... my guess would be have your brakes checked....
