Runflat tire on LR3

I have 4 Runflat tires that i took off my wife`s 2008 BMW X5 only 4,000 miles wear

Tire dimensions: 255/55R-18 , which fits on my 06 LR3 ,18``

Would someone please help and advise if runflat tires will be o.k to use on my LR3

and also if anyone had used a runflat tires on there LR3 would you tell what was the result
pros and cons .

255/55/18's would look silly small on an LR3. Yes they would fit though. I thought my 255/55/19 originals looked small before I replaced them with 285/60/18's for off road. But 255/55/18's would be even an inch smaller. I wouldn't recommend it.
