Running rich on passenger side

Okay,I have a 2000 Disco 2 and I have replaced all four oxygen sensors, the coolant temp switch behind the alternator, new BOSCH plugs. After all this I had a p1590 code? It's still running rich although the scanner says bank 2 is lean?! Pulled the o2 on passenger side and it's black as heck! What is causing all this and what can I do? Help me DiscoMike, you're my only hope! ( a little Star Wars humor)

1590 is a rough road/ABS fault code for the 3 amigos.
Did you clean out the oil/grease from the 02 sensor connections, how many miles on the engine, what plug wires are you using and are there any other fault codes?

I did clean the oil and what not from the connectors. The truck has 127000 miles on it. I just checked codes: P0174, P1174, P0159, P0150 and P1415. As i removed the spark plugs this weekend all the plugs on the passenger side were black, while the ones on the drivers side were normal. Same with the O2 sensors, clean on drivers, sooty on passenger side. the truck runs well, just very rich. You can see black "smoke "coming from the tail pipe. Could a bad catalytic converter be causing this? Oh, I also changed the coolant temp sensor behind the alternator. And a new WIX airfilter. I am not sure about the wires...I bought this truck in January and they looked okay. They are gray with no logo's that I can see.
