Shakes

My 99 DII has developed the shakes! It has 87,000 miles and I have rotated and balanced or the tires. When I apply the brakes and slow from 50 to 40 it shakes. When I apply the brakes at any speed it pulls to the right. Any ideas on trouble shooting?

Could be warped rotors, or the pan hard rod needs new bushings, or the preload on the swivel needs adjusted.

Thanks for the response. I looked at the panhard rod. Should it twist easily on each end or is this a sign that the bushings need replaced.
