Should I buy this LR4?

I have a 2012 LR4 HSE same color 115k, no issues, have a month to month warranty on it now.
Would consider selling. On long island.

Is that oil leak the valve cover gasket leak, by chance?

No, its the rear main seal. After getting quoted $$$$ for fixes, I found "Blue Devil" rear mail seal fix which is an additive to the oil and fixes leaks. Seems to have done the trick.
