Should I use 10 - 30 Engine Oil?

Hi all,

My Land Rover Discovery 2 (2000) has done 86,000 miles now. I was wondering if I should still be using 10 - 30 engine oil?

I have been using Mobil 1 Synthetic 10 - 30.

10w30 is fine, that is what I run in my 97 Disco Mobil 1 as well.
