some help about my 03 range rover

hey guys, im new here, first of all, its a great LR fourms, and im glad to join here with everybod..
i just purchased a 03 range rover..
i love it, its one of the best SUV ive ever droven...
but here is wot happened... the day that i purchased from the second hand lot..
the car wouldnt start at all... they change a battary (used) on it..
and yes, everything works... but the message board is just not working correctly ...
it doesnt show clear the information... i cant read how many mileage it got... or if there is something wrong with the RR... can somebody help me out please!!
i would like to know wot can i do about this... it bothers me

After reading your other thread you might want to have a Carfax ran on your VIN... I might be concerned.

wot do you mean by checking Carfax??? (by the way... im in mexico....)

If you have water in the Alternator that killed it... I would be concerned that it was under water for a long time... a little antifreeze or even a little water should not **** the Alternator.


Mexico, hmmmm I didn't think about that, I don't think carfax works down there.

thats the weird part that i don't get it at all..... cuz the car works fine for 2 weeks str8....
the only thing that wasnt good was the message board.... and by the way joey... do u know anything that i can do with the computer message board??
