spongy brakes with ABS,TC, Brake lights coming on and off

I had a new problem happen a few minutes ago. I drove down the street and came to a stop light and stepped on my brake, I noticed the pedal going to the floor before building up pressure to stop. I checked my fluid which is at the correct level. I drove again back home and noticed that I had to step on the brakes twice in order to come to a comfortable stop. As I step on and off the brakes I notice that the Brake, TC, and ABS lights go on and off. Is my brake master cylinder going bad?

Sounds more like the problematic ABS system then the master cylinder.
