Does anyone have a picture of where the fill plug is? I’d like to change out the oil but never worked on a supercharger before.

No pictures, but IIRC the fill plug is a hex plug that is on the back side of the supercharger, i.e. the tail end (nearest the firewall). Another good reason to do this during the crossover pipe maintenance. It's also the easiest time to replace the coupler in the supercharger.

Here you go. It’s easier to do when off the car but manageable when mounted. The plug is at the back next to the firewall where the casting drops by an inch or so from the intercooler flange. Sounds complex but you’ll see.

FWIW, I'm pretty sure mine had the plug facing the back (firewall) not on top.

Reviving an old thread as I prepare for winter projects, did we come to a consensus on how many oz. to refill?

Also for the coupler - superchargers online seems to only have 5.0 couplers, and eBay seems to have a lot of knockoff looking ones. I did see this one that seems like an update to the upgrade

This is what I used a while back.

Here it is without the oil.

If you email this seller, he might know the oil refill amount. I didn’t change the oil because it looked perfectly good when I changed the coupler. You could just siphon out with a syringe and put back same amount. Its not much oil to my understanding.
