My LR3 Nav system said the name of this road is "Short Cut"...LOL

This "road" is off Gold Camp Road, south-west of Colorado Springs. Pictures taken on 3/31/2012.

When did you go to lake Christy? Last time I was there It had to have been 8 feet deep in the middle.

Last year on day 2 at the ROTR event. Believe me it was scary when I lost traction during the crossing. I though the truck was "floating" away...

Sand

Found a spot in Orlando to ride. Just a few miles of sandy/bumpy trails. Nothing major. Didn't deflate tires which are at 40psi.

Hey all,

Haven't been around in a while, just super busy with a new job and moving, etc. over the past year. I've only managed to take one trip with the Rover in the last 12 months, to Adirondack Park:

Now that we have settled in a bit more, I've been doing some work on the truck that I thought I would share. In the last couple of weeks, I've installed a dual battery system with IBS controller (and additional aux power throughout the truck), a Bajarack standard rack, fabbed some custom shovel mounts for the roof rack, and repainted a rusting rear access ladder. I've got an ARB awning coming this week that I'll be mounting to the rack as well. Here are some pics, sorry for the crappy quality, it was getting dark:

I'm hoping to do a quick overnight shake down this coming weekend before heading on a trip to the Outer Banks with the wife and a couple of friends. I'll post pics if anything interesting happens!
