I had it custom made, measured, welded, painted, and fitted the day before I signed the bill of sale. I purchased my LR3 through RMR4x4.com out of Birmingham, AL. They specialize in custom Land Rovers.

What front bumper is that, that you're running on your rig?

getting muddy at Tahuya!

I had a blast at the Tahuya State Forest in Washington. We got muddy and I got to try out everything the LR3 can do.

I was incredibly impressed, especially with the downhill descent control!

A couple of pics from my latest trip to the Blue Ridge mountains area:

Not a ton of real "off-roading", but we drove a few hundred miles of gravel and 2 lane scenic roads. Really beautiful area.

DDVELIN....glad Tahuya was fun. There is a lot of good trail in that forest, that LR Seattle didn't dare take you through!

I heard there were some (mechanical) issues after the trip; what happened?

Those pictures are awesome. DDVELIN, is that an LR3 or 4? The tail lights look like the LR4. I personally would never run my LR3 into the mud at a high speed. You're just asking for trouble. Wires, bags, etc.. are prone to shorten out or fail.
