Wow, those are huge, and mean looking. $265 per tire too. Well at least they've come down a little.

Craig,
I like the MT/Rs a lot....both for the size advantage and the traction. I basically feel like the LR3 cannot be stopped with those babies on; could be my undoing someday! I have only about 200 or 300 miles on them as I only put them on for trail runs and don't generally run them on the highway. That makes it hard to answer your third question, but from my limited experience they are noticably louder and sloppier on pavement.
I do indeed run the height sensor mod and occasionally still rub offroad...but not enough to make it a deterrent. On the road when no articulation is happening it's not an issue.
ok, has anyone tried to get the cooper zeon LTZ 285/60-18 lately? I just got this message from discount tire direct and they no longer show up on the discount tire page in this size....
Good Morning,
We no longer carry the Cooper in that size.
Thank You, Ben
You just have to call them. check your local cooper dealer they are available form anyone who can order cooper. I saved a nice little bit of change shopping locally.
LROffroad- can you set up a link to the intercos m-16s you said 285-60-18?
I thought it was only avalabe in a 285-65-18 which would be a tad bigger than a 275-65-18 and thus to big for the LR3. Or am I mistaken?
