Would you replace a hose with a dimple / line through it like this?

hard to say from the picture but i normally don’t take chances with coolant, brake or fuel lines. if it’s suspicious, replace it.

If I am interpreting what I see correctly, looks line a line from the mold.
if that is correct then they all should have that and it's fine.

But if I am incorrect, then it's good insurance to replace.

Looks like the coolant line, mine had a nylon sleeve over it to protect it from the metal bracket, more like an abrasion overlay. Something like this would add the extra protection, https://a.co/d/3mFzH7l.
