The top of the doorsill material is wrinkling up. It was a bit wrinkled when I picked it up 2 years ago, but worse now. I don’t think the sun is helping. Anyone else with the issue? Solutions? I’ve thought about getting the Melville & Moon seat covers and asking for a piece of material to put over it. I do think it will tear eventually.

Window tint to get the UV off of it. Serious. Maybe some ceramic tint.

Sunshade for the windshield. Covercraft makes a good one for our vehicles. (They're laser measured for a perfect fit)

At least stop/slow the decay.

Do you rest your arm on that section? I know some people have had issues, possibly with the oils from their skin.

Do you use any leather conditioner or cleaner?

I live in California and I have this issue badly, I tinted the front with ceramic and shade the front window but it’s worn to the point where the brown skin of the leather has decayed. I’m convinced they I’ll have to replace the whole door panel. I have an HSE LUX. Any solutions other then a stick on patch?
