Tune up help

I have searched the forums and couldn't find the speciffic answers so here is my post.

2000 DII with 110K, I bought this used with 80K on it and besides regular oil changes and one intake seafoam treatment I haven't done much too it. I am unsure of its service history and so I am planning on a "service day or two" once it warms up. I don't mean to start a this oil, spark plug, plug wire etc.. is better than the other. I want to keep the truck going smoothly. I don't have time to do any off-roading But I do occasionally pull a 16 ft boat. I was planning on:
Transmission fluid and filter
Plugs and wires
Differential fluids
Transfercase
A few questions,
How in the Hell do you get to the plug wires on the back of the engine (bosch engine)?
What are the "recommeded" fluids for the Trans, Diff, Transfer case?
Do all Discos of this year range have the same ZF transmission?
Who has the best prices for Trans parts and plugs/wires?

How in the Hell do you get to the plug wires on the back of the engine (bosch engine)?Changing the plug wires can be done with some patients but is definately a pain. Removing the secondary air injection manifold helps a little, it's the stainless steel tube at the back of the engine. Also, buy some quality wires that will last a long time so that you won't have to replace them again for a while, Magnacore is good.

What are the "recommeded" fluids for the Trans, Diff, Transfer case?
