NOTE: If the battery has been disconnected the one touch function will become inoperative. It is reset by fully opening
and closing, then fully tilting and closing the sunroof panel in one continuous operation. An audible warning will sound
and 'SUNROOF NOT SET' will be displayed on the message centre in the instrument pack message centre when the
sunroof is being operated."
More info:
Wait for the BeCM to finish sending you messages and beeping before starting (don't want to confuse it ). Slide the sunroof from closed to open leaving your finger on the switch for a good "one-onethousand" before releasing. Close and leave your finger on the switch again. Tilt open and leave your finger on the switch, close leaving your finger on again. If you do not get a sunroof closed message immediately, repeat the procedure immediately. I've read that you need to run through the procedure twice to make it work, but I suspect that those who have just had something go wrong the first time around.
You need to get the sunroof and all windows set, otherwise the BeCM will worry so much about the possibility of being stolen (kidnapped? ) because a window/sunroof is open that it won't sleep. This draws about 1 amp per hour from your battery (vs. 40mA when its sleeping) and leaves you unable to start after about 2 days.
