Upgrade 200o Disco Headlight to 2003 style

So does anyone have the answer on how to do this?? WHAT DO I need to get this done? I have been looking all over and no real explanation..I am pretty mechanically inclined but have no idea where to start or end??? Any info

I post a link on here about a year or so ago about how this can be done... doesn't look too hard, but the almost $2000 cost is what stops most people.
