Valley pan gasket noise.

I just recently changed the valley pan gasket. Every now and then I hear the pan buckle or popping noise. What could cause this noise?

do you hear it when driving, or sitting still with the hood up?

I hear it with the hood up.

In that case, get a long screwdriver or a mechanics stethoscope and listen to find the offending noise.
