Voice Recognition Problem

How do you change the voice to the female version? The male voice bugs me to no end. The male voice they had on the overview DVD had this nice British accent, but mine has zero charm.

The easiest was to change the language is to click on the globe icon when the Nav screen first appears. This will take you directly to language settings and then you can choose which version of English (UK or US) and the gender. This is also available in the settings menu, but without sitting in front of the screen I can't tell you exactly what to press.
