WARNING LIGHTS/ SCRUBBING??? Weird Please HELP!!

Hey guys I need a little help. I just recently took my LR3 in to be serviced. They had a airbag recall and did my 45000 mile service which everything checked out A OK. Well I've been experienceing what sounds like scrubbing or like a differential knocking kinda sounds like I have a flat tire, well it only does it when I accelerate it pops once, when i'm turning is when it's very noticable. Today I heard it and it continued to persist until I pulled over and put into park, when doing that a yellow brake light came on underneath the temperature gauge and a weird light which looked like a yield sighn with a arrow going around it. The Info light was flashing but when I clicked on it it just did normal settings. I turned the vehicle off and then on and like nothing everything was fine drove home only heard the scrubb once. I had to order a new owners manual which i'm waiting on land rover to call when it's in and service is already closed till Mon. can anyone tell me whats going on and what those lights meant??? Should I be worried???? Nearest Land Rover Dealer is an hour away can I continue to drive it or wait till Mon. and have them pick it up. Please if anyone can help let me know. Thanx.

I moved this because you mention an LR3 in the body, not an LR2 where you posted it.
