I was wondering if there is anyone out there getting good wear from these Good Years or any other tire for that fact?

every time I a get a loaner (every month or so), i'm shocked at how smooth new LR3's drive! Mine went bad after about 10k miles.... so since about 6 months into ownership i've been dealing with loud road noise and vibration. my car has 30k miles on it, and i expect i'll get at least 5k more out of my tires. that means that unless you change your tires every 10k... you can expect over 2/3's of your LR3 driving experience to be lousy (in comparison to the truck you test drove).

i've read the forums discussing replacement tires. is there a consensus on the best all-around replacement tire for the LR3 (something that will be quiet on the highway, but still let you play on the weekends)?

My GY's were fine at 20,000 miles, but a screw went through the sidewall of one tire.

Having heard everyone else's stories, I switched to the scorpion zeros after the fatal screwing, and they have been quiet and comfortable (and fine on mild off roading) for their 10,000+ miles.
