Disco mike I actually been trying myself and cant get around to do it. I cant get the bcu to pair with the ecu .it wont mobilise I know im missing a step in T4 .
ok here it goes... super commen problem. and its all related. the water getting into your passengers side floor board has corroded the splice that splices the rf reciever for the remote. so heres what you do first things first fix the water leak. remove the intake vent on the passengers side...
in a legal point of view wich i have delt with this before at the dealership and actually spoken with the engineer . your vehicle was sold and crash tested with airspings not coils and by altering to coils kinda throws out the legal/safety part out the window if you ever get in an accident. have...
nothing majorly different in year. just small inside trim items that were slightly changed such as steering wheel material and center console trim. most of the bugs have been worked out on the 07 . i believe the late 2007 vehicles have a rear tailgate locking actuator. but thats about it no...
the parking brake will dis engage when you press on the throttle. and if they did wheel bearings in the rear they had to remove the rear parking brake cables for this so they probably didnt adjust it correctly
yes it will cause the lights to come on the car pretty much thinks your trying to turn at a high speed rate. your steering angle sensor is causing these faults. you need to get it aligned. and you dont need to put it in tight tolerance mode , we never use to do that at the dealer .
yes its way to complicated to do this on this year of vehicles and you dont want any aftermarket system supplying voltage to important modules in your vehicle. for sure you will void you warranty
to check your oil level go into your ipak menu and when you get to the service section it has a display of your oil level. hood has to be open and car off. press the cancel button twice on the cruise control to give you a live data reading instead of waiting for the 30 minutes it has you wait...
update... just ordered another arnott air spring assembly and what do you know when installed vehicle wouldnt even raise and would loose all pressure as soon as i tapped on the air bag itself. i had to dissassemble it AGAIN and lube all the seals and reassemble. Getting pretty tired of this. IF...
not really the bulb going bad probably the ignitor behind the bulb. also try replacing the alarm hood switch those are the first things to go thats why your alarm might be going off
could be many reasons , possible tailgate seal not lubes , if you have lamp guards they could be rubbing on the tailgate itself. kinda hard to tell when we can hear the noise
found an alternative tool called the mongoose pretty much its the factory sdd software withouth the vcm you just pay the yearly subsription to landrover to get all the updates when they come out wich is i belive 1300 a year.
well you see every other door doesnt have a lock assembly if you go to anyother door and remove the cap thers a hole you can use a hook tool to pull on the cable
so by now all you LM rover owners have encounterd a front air spring leak at some time. Im looking for a company that actually makes the bellows/bags themselfs. getting kinda tierd of waiting 5 to 6 days to get a rebuilt air strut from arnott industries for about 410 shipped with the hundred...
yes arnott have good air springs i actually started selling air struts assemblies to them so they could rebuild them about 3 years ago. its a brand new bag but a used strut. they also offer a heavy duty bag you put on your self but its about a hundred bucks more than a assembly.
these cars are super easy to break into. but this isnt breaking into so lets call it accessing your locked keys. remove any other door lock cap most likely it will break but its pretty cheap to replace. you will need a hook tool to hook a cable that runs inside the access hole on the door...
