If you know for sure that fuel pressure is ok when it isn't starting. I would go with a crankshaft sensor. It isn't something you can really test without an oscillascope. I would pick one up used and swap it in. It is on the drivers side of the car above the oil pan on the engine block. It is kind of a pain in the ass to get to.
