Hello from So CAL

My dealer finally found the 2016 LR4 I have been looking for, and fingers crossed, I'll have it sitting in my driveway in about a week.

Looked at the Toyota 4Runner, Lexus GX 460, and Jeep Grand Cherokee's to name a few, and they did nothing for me. Wound up reading up on and test driving the LR4 and knew this was it.

Very much looking forward to family road trips to the mountains, and off road adventures with the lads!

Appreciate the warm welcome. Got "the call" from the dealer that the Rover arrived on Monday, went through the dealers service bay for final dealer prep on Tuesday, and is ready to be driven home. Thanks. Loving the Rover. Quick overview...Silver Edition Package, Climate Comfort, and the must have HD Package. That's it!

Wasn't the easiest to find a Silver Edition in my color preference (Corris Grey was one of the 3 color I had my dealer search for) that had the HD package and wasn't fully loaded with stuff that I didn't want or ever need. Seems the HD package isn't that popular in So Cal so dealers don't order them that way I guess.
