I have this amber triangle with an eslcamation mark in the center
on my dash for a week now, what does this mean can anyone tell me please

a week ago it said low wind shield washer fluid, I added some in and the light still stays on and I filled it to the top

The yellow triangle or the low washer fluid warning? Did you put washer fluid in the right place?

Your washer fluid reservoir might have a crack...any washer fluid leaking out? It's a common issue and I'm on my second washer fluid tank.

don't see any leak present, and I did put the fluid in the right place. light is still on too.

what if I disconnect the battery would that reset the light

Diagnose it with an ODB II scan? Your local auto parts store should be able to help you with that for free.
