Not to be an internet scold, but some of the oil change intervals seemed pretty long (unless they were included but not mentioned in some of the other service points). Also, how about tires? How many sets have you gone through so far?

Interesting to see a history like this. I track mine via the myCARFAX app and may download it to this thread if I have a chance.

Eighty percent of my driving is 40 mph and above pretty constant. Also the truck is parked in a climate controlled garage at 55 so even when its zero out the number of true cold starts is minimal. After 12 mos the filter and oil is clean enough thats id be willing to go another 6 mos easily.

Here is a tip. When your coolant level sensor goes bad (and it will) you can replace just the sensor (about $8) instead of replacing the whole recovery tank.

I can't believe an inde charged $1420 for front and rear pads only, I just did my front brakes and rotors this past weekend and i did rear brake pads 2 weekends ago all for about $200 for parts. I did the job myself so didn't pay any labour. I used max advanced brakes.

April 2017 - 58,254 miles (inde)
Replace radiator, hose and cap
$1,176

Also wondering why the radiator was replaced.

It was 950 for front and rear pads, front and rear sensors, replaced brake fluid with dot4. The balanced was for detailing.
